I'll never forget the night I laid facedown in the center aisle of a silent church, just me and the God who created me, sobbing, "I don't want this." That crisis left me empty, raw and vulnerable, needing God in a way I had never needed Him before. My internal world was stripped down to the studs, with nothing left to hide behind and no energy available to pretend that I was okay.

Maybe you know that place, friend. Something life-altering happened one to five years ago. The crisis has passed, and from the outside, you look back to normal. But you're still close enough that much of what you thought you knew is up for questioning.

Your confidence has been shaken. You may not even be sure what you believe about God anymore. And the armor of perfectionism and people-pleasing that used to protect you has become a weight you're too tired to carry.

Mission:Peace is a six-month, private coaching partnership, just you and me, for this rebuilding season. I'll walk with you from the stress, hurry, and exhaustion into the peace God has already declared yours.

Over twelve sessions, we'll go on an internal mission trip together. We'll get curious about the beliefs underneath the perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning. Then we'll begin loosening them at the roots.

Some of the most powerful moments come when I help you access and hear from your True Self, the you already seated with Christ (Ephesians 2:6). That kind of inner wisdom lands in a way no outside advice ever could.

We walk what I call the Path to Peace. It isn't a straight line, and we'll circle back. We notice the harsh voices, narrate them so you can see them as patterns and not truth, excavate the beliefs beneath them, encounter your True Self, and navigate your new life from settled peace instead of fear.
